Booking Policies

• Our studios accommodate two adults. The Salma one-bedroom apartment accommodates three people, and Casita Centro and Casa de la Vista accommodate 4.
• A deposit in the amount of 50% is required to confirm reservations.
• A full refund for cancellations must occur 45 days before arrival. No refund will be issued with notices less than 45 days.
• In the unlikely event that damages occur during your stay, charges will be added to your final invoice upon checkout.
• Check-in time is flexible. However, there will be no check-ins after 10 p.m.
  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• You must arrange with the manager, Jose, to coordinate your arrival time. He will meet you at the home. This is not a staffed property, so this coordination effort is necessary.
• Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
• No pets allowed except at Casa de la Vista.
