This vacation rental has two and a half bathrooms and features a dedicated office on the second floor with traditional double doors opening to a Juliet balcony for plenty of light and air. Special Note: Returning home from the Jardín/Town Square is a steep uphill walk. I usually take a bus or taxi back. The cobblestone streets are lovely but challenging for some to walk. I recommend bringing your comfortable walking shoes!

The location is great, very close to everywhere you want to go.
It is a steep walk back, but all of San Miguel is very hilly. And Ubers are very cheap.

The home and decor are charming. We loved the terrace especially. Every evening, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset. The walk uphill from Centro is doable but not easy. There are plenty of taxis though.
Overall, a lovely San Miguel home that captures the vibe of this special city!

Stand-outs: A 3rd fl outdoor patio with amazing views of the town below (the house is, indeed, up a steep hill from the Centro/Jardín, but hey — that’s SMA for you!), along with spectacular sunsets. We spent a lot of time up there!
The house is stunningly decorated. Anyone who appreciates home design, with a (quite appropriately) Mexican influence will be delighted.
The water pressure in the showers was top-notch, and the hot water came on quickly and consistently throughout showering. Beds were comfy.
Last but not least: José, Lynn’s manager, was excellent. He answered texts right away. Within 12 hours he arrived to bring a new lightbulb for a reading lamp over the sofa that had burned out, and he helped to fix a buzzing coming from the fridge.
We’ve been to SMA a few times, and have stayed in a couple of Airbnb/VRBO houses (along with traditional B&Bs), and Lynn’s place is by far the best in every category.
We’ll be back!
Fantastic views from Lynn’s home, we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon happy hour on the 3rd floor deck. The home is on a main arterial so catching a ride to Centro square (or walking 10 minutes like we did) is easy.
Lynn’s house is professionally managed and it shows! The house itself is very well located, comfortable, exquisitely decorated and a really nice stay. We even decided just to extend our stay.
We come to San Miguel twice a year each time for a couple of weeks. The convenience, the beautiful Decour, and the creature comforts of home made this an outstanding stay. We plan to return again! Highly recommend!
